1. Designs, develops, and validates relevant enzyme activity or ligand-binding assays using contemporary assay detection technologies (TR-FRET, FP, IMAP, AlphaScreen, SPR, DSF, ITC etc.) in vitro experiments involving the evaluation of small molecule modulators.

1. Ph. D. degree in biochemistry or related discipline with some enzymology and/or biophysical experience in a research and/or development environment, or MS degree with at least 3 years of enzyme pharmacology experience in CRO or drug discovery industry.

1. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Pharmacology or related field in a research and/or development environment, or MS degree with at least 3 years of cellular pharmacology experience in CRO or drug discovery industry.

1. The successful candidate will have a background and expertise in at least one of the following: Oncology and/or immuno-oncology; Metabolic diseases that include diabetic and obesity; T cell biology that related to IO and/or auto-immune diseases.

4. 负责细胞治疗相关科研项目申报工作；

2、对疾病和靶点有深入理解，且具有开展转化研究项目的相关知识；

4、有免疫细胞/干细胞研究经验或背景，熟练掌握相关设计理念、实验技能（如过继免疫细胞回输、肿瘤细胞原代培养、CAR-T细胞、TCR-T细胞、NK-T细胞制备等）者优先；
